Like many other good Christians, as a child I grew up in a denominational church that really didn’t teach a lot about being born-again, being baptized with the Holy Spirit and about the importance of the words we speak. I also didn’t realize that religious traditions and religious sayings were hindering me from understanding how Bible principles were activated in my life.

Now I know that all of God’s promises are activated the “same way” as being born-again. It’s by saying, confessing, or declaring God’s Word with your mouth and believing with your heart! (See Romans 10:9.)
